Privacy Policy

• Account: name, email, password (stored only as a salted hash).
• Photos and return data: photos you upload and the details read from them (LPN, ASIN, shipment IDs, return slip data), your catalog, tickets and case numbers.
• Amazon data (if you connect your account): catalog and inventory items, customer returns and reimbursements reports. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
• Billing: plan and invoice status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Technical: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and server logs.

• To analyze returns, prepare tickets and track reimbursements for you.
• To bill you and send service emails (email confirmation, password resets, case reminders).
• Only if you opt in (at sign-up or in Settings): occasional tips and product updates. You can unsubscribe anytime from any such email or in Settings.
• To secure and troubleshoot the Service.

We don’t sell personal data and don’t use your photos or Amazon data to train AI models.

• Anthropic — AI analysis of uploaded photos.
• Amazon — Selling Partner API, only for accounts you connect.
• Stripe — payments and invoices.
• Resend — sending emails and keeping the contact list for product updates.
• Our hosting and database providers.

Photos are kept for 12 months after the related case is closed and then deleted. When you close your account we delete your data and Amazon tokens within 30 days, except records we must keep for accounting or legal reasons.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, Amazon tokens are encrypted at rest, and each account can only access its own data.

You can access and correct your data in the app and ask us to export or delete it. Contact TISHANIX INC.
